The Initial Franchise Fee includes our pre-opening training program conducted in the Easton, PA area. Training is broken into two segments over a three-week period covering operations, marketing, staffing, and overall management. It is during this time that owners and management team members will learn the tips and tricks to efficient operation, how to embody our brand culture and our practices which enhance the guest experience to create loyalty.
We offer additional training and support in your Billy's Downtown Diner restaurant as you get ready to open. Thereafter, we continue to be available to help you develop and grow to serve the local community. We look forward to helping you bring Billy's Downtown Diner to your market.
